The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons:

• Links to external services (Biopython documentation, diamond tools, University websites) open in a new window/tab without a proper text warning for the user (Success Criterion 3.2.5).
• The visual visualization legend in the "Sequence Calculator" module relies solely on color differentiation, which makes it difficult for people with color vision deficiencies (Success Criterion 1.4.1).
• Complex graphical diagrams in the diamond tool information section lack alternative text descriptions explaining the analysis process (Success Criterion 1.1.1).
• Links used for downloading analysis results (TSV/FASTA files) do not contain information about the file size (Best practice / Success Criterion 2.4.4 regarding link purpose).
